Company is equipped with over 15 computer controlled injection molding machines of a complete range of specifications. The maximum clamping force of the injection molding machine is 3300 tons, then 2400T, 1850T, 1250T, 1000T, 900T, 650T, 470T, 380T, 250T, 200T, 150T, 110T. Injection volume is range from 100g to 35000g. Company also has equipped with full sets of ancillary equipment like aero-aided injection workstation, multi timings and channels injection mold feeding system, hot runner control system, automated robotic equipment, heavy crusher.
We are cooperating with domestic and oversea companies for OEM and ODM for different plastic products. Materials cover PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PVC, PA6, PA66, POM, blended and modified, reinforced, weather-resistant, flame-retardant, anti-static and other speciallized high performance materials.
